Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
Add rest of batter ingredients and mix until very smooth.
Pour half of the batter in greased tube pan. Sprinkle half of the filling mixture on top of batter.
Pour rest of batter over filling mixture and top with rest of filling.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
