Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time.
Gently fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in sifted dry ingredients. Place half of the mixture in a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Mix cinnamon, 6 teaspoons sugar and chopped nuts together.
Top mixture in pan with half of the brown sugar mixture.
Place the remainder of the batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
