Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 58 minutes. Made with butter or margarine, softened, c. sugar, eggs, c. sour cream and c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix together thoroughly margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add sour cream.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to cream mixture.
Add vanilla.
Mix powdered sugar, nuts and cinnamon together and set aside.
Pour half batter into lightly greased Bundt pan and sprinkle with half nut mixture.
Add remaining batter and sprinkle nuts on top. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Invert onto dish.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
