Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 325Β°. Grease 9-inch square baking dish. Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
Cream butter and eggs. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Alternately add sifted dry ingredients and sour cream to mixture. Pour 1/2 of batter into baking dish. Cover with half of nut topping.
Add remaining batter. Top with remaining nut mixture. Bake approximately 40 minutes.
