Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add flour, sifted with soda.
Add sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice.
Mix chopped nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Pour half of batter into well-greased spring-form pan; sprinkle 3/4 of nut mixture over batter, then add rest of batter.
Sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 50 minutes.
