Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mild enchilada sauce, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1 pkg. small flour tortillas, 1 small onion, chopped and 2 c. grated monterey jack or sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat and onion together. Drain.
Pour sauce in a large casserole dish.
Place a mixture of cheese, meat and onion inside each tortilla.
Roll up and place on sauce.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over dish.
Heat at 350Β° until warm and cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
