Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped onion, salt and pepper, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper. Mix together soup and sour cream. Put 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Fill bottom of 10 flour tortillas with hamburger and part of shredded cheese. Roll these up and put in pan.
Pour last 1/2 of soup mixture over top of tortillas and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
