Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sour cream, 2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spread 1/3 cup sour cream in bottom of baking dish.
Use 2 cups of sour cream and mix all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
In a skillet, heat 1 tortilla at a time in a small amount of oil.
Put 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
Spread top with sour cream and grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
