Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion and 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken in water until tender.
Remove skin, cut into pieces.
Heat soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for 5 minutes. Soften tortillas in oil and drain.
Roll each with chicken and 2 tablespoons of soup mixture.
Pour soup over top.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
