Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can boned chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 12 flour tortillas and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix soup, chilies, sour cream, 2/3 of cheese and chicken together.
Roll in tortillas and put into pan.
Pour leftover mixture on top.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
(Leftover chicken, cut into squares, may be substituted for canned chicken.)
