Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced green chilies and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat with chopped onions; set aside.
Combine soup, chilies, sour cream and salt.
Stir well.
Add browned meat and onion mixture.
Fill each tortilla with 1 1/2 tablespoons sauce and a spoon of cheese.
Roll up and place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Spoon extra sauce over top and sprinkle with any extra cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
May be prepared a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
