Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained, 1 small can green chilies, onion, 1 pkg. taco seasoning and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°. To hamburger, add onions, chilies and taco seasoning.
Let simmer according to seasoning instructions.
While hamburger simmers, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Pour half of sour cream mixture into bottom of lasagna or cake pan.
Roll hamburger into flour shells and place on sour cream mixture.
Pour the rest of the sour cream mixture over shells and cover evenly.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
