Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. flour tortillas, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2/3 soup can evaporated milk and 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix sour cream, soup and milk in saucepan.
Slowly heat; do not boil.
Brown meat; add onion when meat is partially brown. Drain meat.
Fill tortillas with equal amounts of meat and cheese and 1 tablespoon sour cream-soup mixture.
Add hot sauce to taste. Roll and place in shallow baking dish.
Top enchiladas with remaining sour cream-soup mixture, cheese and meat.
Bake at 350Β° until hot and bubbly.
