Sour Cream Enchiladas
Sour Cream Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced and 1 doz. corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine soup, sour cream and chiles to make sauce.
Dip tortilla in hot oil.
Remove and place some chicken, onion and cheese in tortilla.
Roll and place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling.
Serves 6 to 8.
