Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Sour Cream Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. egg noodles, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 tsp. salt and pepper, 2 c. sour cream and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Set oven at 350Β°.
Cook noodles.
Melt butter in skillet and add beef.
Cook beef until done.
Add tomato sauce.
Blend noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and mushrooms in large bowl.
Spoon into extra large casserole dish a layer of noodle mixture, then meat mixture.
Repeat layers and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until mixture is heated and cheese melted.
