Brown hamburger in skillet and drain. Stir-fry in margarine and garlic.
Mix in tomato paste, salt, pepper, sour cream and cottage cheese.
In buttered casserole dish, spread a layer of mixture and a layer of cooked noodles twice and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until cheese has melted.
