Sour-Cream Noodles
Sour-Cream Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. poppy seed, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium wide egg noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in sour cream, poppy seed and salt.
Heat to serving temperature.
Drain noodles and, while they are still very hot, return to pot they were cooked in.
Place over low heat and add the sour cream mixture.
Toss to coat noodles thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
A great side dish.
