Sour Cream Pineapple Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Pineapple Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 cup flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, the 1/4 cup pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and sour cream.
Mix well and turn into a well greased tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and drizzle with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. pineapple juice.
Sprinkle with almonds.
