Southwest Breakfast Burrito
Southwest Breakfast Burrito is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 flour tortilla, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. salsa, 1/4 pkg. grated cheese and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Separate eggs.
Then scramble them.
Add salsa, grated cheese and then the milk.
Mix together.
Start cooking sausage in a skillet.
Start cooking the mixture of eggs.
Cook sausage until brown.
Wait for eggs to have no juice and they are fluffy.
Warm tortilla, place eggs in middle, then put sausage on top of eggs. Fold tortilla around eggs and sausage.
Add ketchup, salsa or topping of your choice.
