Spaghetti Creole
Spaghetti Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, minced onion, 16 oz. (2 cans) tomato in purée, 1/2 to 3/4 box spaghetti and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat.
Drain off fat.
Add cans of tomato and onion. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Break spaghetti into 3rds and cook.
Drain and add 1/2 stick of butter to spaghetti in pot.
Add meat mixture.
Add cheese.
Mix and put in casserole dish.
Heat through at 350°.
