1 can Spam, diced

1 c. macaroni

1/4 c. margarine

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

1 large onion, chopped

1/4 tsp . paprika

1/2 tsp . salt

1/4 tsp . pepper

1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cook macaroni.

Melt margarine in a saucepan and add tomato sauce, onion, salt, paprika and pepper.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Spam and 3/4 cup of the cheese.

Heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked drained macaroni.

Pour into a 2-quart pan or dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
