Spanish Noodles
Spanish Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 slice bacon, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 14 oz. can tomatoes and 1/4 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving drippings.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Add onions to drippings and cook until tender.
Add ground beef and brown.
