Special K Cookies is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Stir sugar and syrup together. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
Add vanilla to cereal. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
