Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups
Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. extra wide lasagna noodles (16 oz.), 1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing, 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened, 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained and 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook lasagna; rinse and drain.
Arrange noodles flat on an oiled surface.
Combine salad dressing with cream cheese.
Mix half of this mixture with spinach; spread 2 tbsp. of the spinach mixture over each noodle.
From narrow end, roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Whisk tomato sauce and milk into remaining cream cheese mixture.
When smooth, pour sauce over roll-ups.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover loosely and bake for 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
