Spinach Noodle Casserole
Spinach Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out, 1 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 6 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix 1 pint sour cream with soup, salt, pepper and Parmesan. In deep casserole, lightly cover bottom with tablespoons of mixture and Swiss cheese.
Repeat layering, ending with Swiss cheese.
Spread remaining sour cream over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°.
