Steak Casserole
Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cube steak, butter, pepper, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (not the golden) and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown cube steak (no flour) in butter (melted) in frypan.
Use pepper (no salt).
Cut in bite size pieces after browning.
Mix soup, water and garlic.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Put steak and liquid in covered casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serve on cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
