Steak Fajitas
Steak Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak, 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper and 1 fajita seasoning package, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut steak in 1/4 inch thick strips about 3 inches long.
Brown steak in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Drain fat.
Add onion, Fajita seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water.
Mix. Add bell peppers (thinly sliced) and onion (sliced).
Cook over medium heat until water is reduced and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Warm tortillas.
Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture into a tortilla, add salsa and sour cream to taste.
