Stir and Roll Pie Pastry
Stir And Roll Pie Pastry is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1/4 c. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix sifted, measured flour and salt.
Pour oil and milk into one measuring
Add oil and milk at once to flour. until mixed. Press into a smooth ball. Cut in two and flatten slightly. Place one half between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
Out gently to edges of paper.
Peel off top paper.
Pastry into pan. Trim and add filling.
Roll top crust the same way and place over filling. Fold edges under bottom crust.
Seal with fork, pressing gently. Make slits in center.
Bake as directed for pie.
