Stir-Fried Garden is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head cabbage, chopped, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, 1 onion or 8 green onions, chopped, 1 bunch broccoli, chopped and 4 yellow squash, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in a large (10-inch or larger) skillet.
Add cabbage and spinach.
When this cooks down a little, add the rest of your vegetables, stir and fry until done, about 15 to 30 minutes.
