Stir-Fry Chicken

Cut and skin (if not already) chicken in thin strips.
Set aside.
In small bowl, blend sauce mixture.
Set aside.
Add oil to wok.
Preheat.
Slice green pepper, carrots and onions into thin strips.
Cut broccoli into small pieces.
Stir-fry carrots and broccoli for 2 minutes.
Add onions and green pepper.
Add chicken to wok, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Add sauce mixture. Cover and simmer on low for 2 minutes . Serve.
