Drain pineapple and reserve 1/3 cup juice.
Cut chicken into chunks.
Cook spaghetti, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, stir for 2 minutes oil, ginger, chicken and garlic.
Add pineapple chunks, carrots and pepper.
Cover and steam 2 to 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in spaghetti.
