Stir-Fry Sausage With Boiled Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, full length pepperidge farm sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 tomato, sliced in 1/6 pieces and 2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil 2 cups of rice separately.
In a separate pan on medium heat, place sliced sausages.
After removing sausage, let sit in a bowl.
Then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add Adobo seasonings, garlic powder, black pepper and salt to oil.
Stir spices together.
Add the onions, green peppers and tomato slices. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add 6 ounces tomato sauce; if desired more sauce.
