Stir-Fry Style Chicken
Stir-Fry Style Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with soy sauce, garlic powder, 1/2 c. fresh snow peas, 1/4 sweet pepper and 1 boneless chicken breasts (remove skin), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut chicken into strips.
Cut pepper into strips.
Divide onion into rings.
On a sheet of heavy-duty foil, place chicken breast with soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Top with vegetables and water.
Sprinkle with parsley and salt and add garlic powder to taste.
Wrap in foil, using 1 layer of wet paper and foil.
Place on coals for 1/2 hour, turning in 15 minutes. Makes one serving.
