Strawberry Brownie Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (21.5 or 23.6 oz.) pkg. brownie mix, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare brownie mix for cake-like brownies.
Grease 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.
Line with waxed paper, extending up sides of pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until tops spring back. Cool.
In large bowl, mix milk and water; beat in pudding mix. Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping.
Place 1 brownie layer on serving plate.
Top with 1/2 each of the pudding mixture and strawberries.
Repeat.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 8 to 10.
