Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry Shortcake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, thawed, 1/2 pkg. or 1/2 jar strawberry glaze and 1 qt. fresh strawberries or 2 qt. thawed, well drained, frozen, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Make cake according to package directions, except use a large pan (10 1/2 x 14 1/2) or equivalent cake pan for a thinner cake. After the cake is done, cool thoroughly. Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip. Smooth on top of cake. Next, mix glaze with strawberries. Top cake with this and chill overnight.
