Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture and mix well.
Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, butter and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
