Sugar Free Banana Bread
Sugar Free Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium ripe bananas, 1 large egg white, 3/4 c. frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed, 1/4 c. margarine, melted and 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mash bananas.
Mix in egg white, apple juice, melted margarine and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Leave in pan for 10 minutes and remove. Cool.
Wrap in plastic wrap overnight so the banana flavor will develop.
