Swedish Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 eggs, well beaten, dash salt, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix in order given; batter will be thin.
Spoon or pour onto hot griddle or frying pan.
It is not necessary to grease griddle. Turn once; they cook quickly to a light golden color.
They may be kept warm on a platter in a warm oven until all batter is used. Serve with syrup, jam, or fresh fruit.
Serves 2-4 people.
Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
(You will need more frying pans.) Leftovers are good reheated in the microwave.
