Sweet And Sour Chicken Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Place chicken cubes and green pepper pieces in shallow dish. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Set pineapple aside. Combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and ginger.
Pour over chicken and green pepper pieces.
Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
