Swiss Steak Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick), 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 onion, sliced, 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add salt and pepper to the flour and pound into meat.
In large skillet, add the olive oil and brown the meat.
Add the onion, green pepper, boiling water and ketchup.
