Tabbouleh Salad
Tabbouleh Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cracked bulgur wheat, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine bulgur wheat, boiling water and salt in bowl.
Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
Add garlic, lemon and oil; mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, add the rest of ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
