Taco Dip Ambrosino
Taco Dip Ambrosino is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 jar taco sauce (hot or mild, to taste), 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 large tomato, chopped small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together with a fork cream cheese and cottage cheese until blended.
Layer mixture in bottom of a glass pie plate or serving bowl/plate.
Add layer of taco sauce, vegetables and Cheddar.
Alternate layers until supplies are exhausted. Finish with Cheddar and garnish with parsley.
Serve with taco chips to scoop.
