Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can kidney beans, drained and 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook meat in butter, stirring until done.
Drain off fat.
Put into mixing bowl and add onion, beans, olives, tomato, avocado and lettuce.
Mix well. Add cheese, corn chips, taco sauce and dressing.
Toss thoroughly and serve.
