Tamale Casserole
Tamale Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 tamales, 1 can whole kernel corn (niblets), drained, 1 can ranch style beans, 1 large can chili (no beans) and 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350°. Chop and spread tamales evenly in dish.
Drain and layer can of corn.
Pour off top liquid of beans, but use the good juice. Layer on top of corn.
Spread chili on bean layer.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
