Tamale Meat Loaf
Tamale Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 can tomatoes and green chilies and 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown beef, onions and garlic in a large frying pan.
Drain off any fat.
Add tomatoes and chilies and corn, and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in corn meal, oregano, milk, cayenne pepper, eggs and salt.
Mix well and pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until firm.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with salsa on the side.
