Tangy Green Coleslaw
Tangy Green Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 small head cabbage, 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, 1/2 c. sour cream and juice of 1 small lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate cabbage, cut into thin strips or chop finely.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, dill and parsley. Blend together the sour cream and lemon juice.
Pour over cabbage.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well. Serves 3.
