The Best Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature, 5 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 graham crackers, made into crumbs and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the vanilla for 10 minutes.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour cream cheese mixture atop crumbs and bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream and the 9 tablespoons sugar and the other 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
Beat 10 minutes. Pour over cooled cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
