Three Week Coleslaw
Three Week Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. head cabbage, finely shredded, 2 green peppers, diced, 2 medium white onions, diced, 2 c. sugar and 3/4 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the first 4 ingredients well.
Place the remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to rolling boil.
Mix cabbage and dressing.
Add 1/2 cup red wine vinegar.
Marinate three days in refrigerator before eating.
