Tomato Pie
Tomato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. biscuit mix, 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. soft butter, 4 to 5 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix biscuit mix, 1/4 cup water and butter with fork and press into 9-inch pie pan.
Layer tomato slices on crust.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on tomatoes.
Mix and spread over cheese: mayonnaise, green onions (sliced) and parsley.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes in lower half of oven.
Serve immediately.
