Tomato Pudding
Tomato Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. tomato sauce, 1/4 c. water, 2 c. dried bread (drier the better), cubed and crusts removed and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put dried bread cubes in deep casserole.
Pour melted butter over them.
Set aside.
Combine brown sugar, tomato purée and water.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes and pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven until the top puffs and browns.
Serve immediately!
